My Coaching Principles

Dream Picture

There are several principals that I, as a coach, operate from. These principals are a set of beliefs that I use to provide effective coaching.
These principals include:

  • I will maintain commitment to support you.
  •
  • I aim to ensure the coaching relationship is built on truth, openness and trust.
  •
  • You are responsible for the results that you generate.
  •
  • You are capable of much better results than you are currently generating.
  •
  • I will maintain focus on what you think and experience.
  •
  • I know that you can generate perfect solutions.
  •
  • All coaching conversations are based on equality.

About Me

My name is CeriAnn Parker (Dip.L.Coach, MOC, MSFTR), and I am 22 years old. I live in Gloucester with my husband of 4 years. I studied to be a Life Coach from The Open College of Complementary Health Therapies and passed with distinction. I now hold a Diploma in Life Coaching. I am also a registered member of the Sherwood Foundation Therapists Register (SFTR).

Within my lifetime I have experienced a wide range of careers and hold a variety of qualifications including an NCFE Level 1 in working with children and basic First Aid and Health and Safety certificates among many others. I have worked as a Bar Team Leader within a Public House and a Duty Manager within a well known restaurant for many years where motivational skills are vital to ensure the team works to the best of their abilities. That is how my love for coaching came to light.

Why I became a Life Coach

I have always enjoyed helping people and I am a good listener. I have a passion for helping people become the best that they can be. Everyone is different, with different abilities, different goals and different ways of life. But the one part we all have in common is that we can all be better people.

During my time working as a Manager I have seen people who lack motivation, people who want to do more but haven’t had the support to do it and people who do have the ability to be better at what they do. Every person I have worked with I have seen their potential and have encouraged them every step of the way to accomplish something more and feel better about themselves. The part that makes life coaching wonderful is to share in other people’s success. When a person accomplishes something they have worked so hard for it is an amazing feeling.

“I believe that every person has the ability within themselves to make their life better, to make their life the way they want it. You only get one shot at life so why not make the most of it and be all that you can be.”

Why choose me?
